Freedom....... Joy......and Halloween.......
The owl is flying in freedom....... his home are the woods.
The cats are peeking to find something good.
The bats are free........ to go in the dark night.
Tilda has taken her broom and enjoys the ride.
The trees are losing their leaves........ they fall on the ground,
so the snails can crawl...... joyful around.
The moon smiles and shines clear….. to show us the way.......
to our favourite party on Halloweens day.

De uil vliegt in vrijheid....... zijn thuis is het bos.
De katten gluren er lekker op los.
De vleermuizen gaan........in de donkere nacht,
waar Tilda met haar bezem vrolijk op hen wacht.
De bomen verliezen.......hun blad op de grond.....
de slakken zijn blij........kruipen er rond.
De maan schijnt helder.................en zie zijn lach.......
hij laat ons de weg zien............
ook..... op deze mooie Halloween-dag.

Ik kon het niet nalaten om dit op papier te zetten. Het zat steeds in mijn hoofd tijdens het maken van deze kaart.

I could not resist to write this on paper. It was still in my head during making this card.
Hier zie je ....al weer....een lichtje met de "angel-cat" van Tilda.
Ze komt uit de Magnolia Collection "Halloween & Autumn 2008".
So you see a little light (again) with the angel-cat of Tilda.
She is from the Magnolia Collection "Halloween & Autumn 2008".
Deze keer heb ik een tentkaart gemaakt met papier van Basic Grey----Eerie. Voor het kleuren heb ik weer Copics gebruikt.
This time I made a tent card with papers from Basic Grey---Eerie.
I used Copics for colouring everything.
Hier zie je de kat met een lichtje binnenin de kaart om alles vooral 's avonds een beetje "spooky" te maken. Het lichtje kun je gamakkelijk naar boven of naar onder schuiven.
Here you see the cat with the little light within the card to make all a little bit spooky especially at nights. The little light is easely to slide up or down.

terwijl ze naar het lichtje kijkt. Ik heb daar voor een Doohicky stans gebruikt van Magnolia.

Voor meer glittering heb ik Stickles gebruikt.
I put some Stickles on the light for more glittering.
Om het hekje vast te maken heb ik twee kleine splitpennetjes gebruikt van Tim Holtz. Deze kun je weer losmaken als je de kaart wilt versturen in een enveloppe.
For the the fence I used two little brads of Tim Holtz, which you can detach for sending in an envelope.
Hier is onze grappige Tilda op haar bezem. Ze komt uit de Magnolia Collectie "So Spooky 2009".

De glurende kat is ook gemaakt met een Doohicky stansje van Magnolia.
This peeking cat is also made with a Doohicky die from Magnolia.
De grappige fladderende en blozende vleermuis komt uit de Magnolia Collectie "Fall 2007".
This funny bat fluttering and blushing is from the Magnolia Collection "Fall 2007".
De uil hangt los aan een zilveren borduurdraadje, zodat het lijkt of de uil wegvliegt of juist naar je toekomt vliegen. Hij hangt precies tussen de twee takken, zodat je er wat mee kunt spelen waar hij komt te hangen.
The owl is hanging on a silver embroidery thread, so it looks he's flying away or is just coming towards you. He hangs exact between the branches and you can play with it and see where he must hang.
De boomstronk en de slakjes zijn uit de Magnolia Collectie "Martha & William 2008". Voor de slakkenhuisjes, oogjes van de vleermuis en de uil heb ik 3D Glossy Accent van Ranger gebruikt.
The stump and snails are from Magnolia Collection "Martha & William 2008".
For the snailshells, eyes of the bat and owl I used 3D Glossy Accent from Ranger.
De tekst-stempel is van Tim Holtz.
The text tag is a stamp from Tim Holtz.
Hier kun je nog even de binnenkant van de kaart zien. Voor de cirkels heb ik Nestabilities gebruikt.
Here you see the inside of the card. For the circles I used Nestabilities.
De blaadjes en takjes zijn gemaakt met een Sizzix stans van Tim Holtz. Ook hier heb ik weer 3D Glossy Accent gebruikt om alles vast te plakken op de bodem. Ik heb ze ook allemaal even gesponst met Distress inkt-Vintage Photo van Tim Holtz om ze een wat natuurlijker uiterlijk te geven.
The leaves are made with a Sizzix die from Tim Holtz. I also used 3D Glossy accent to stick it all on the bottom. To give them a more natural look I sponged the leaves with Distress Ink-Vintage Photo from Tim Holtz.
De grote slak heb ik op de helft van een omgevouwen blaadje geplakt, zodat je hem naar achter om kunt vouwen als je de kaart in een enveloppe wilt versturen.
The big snail I stuck on the half of a small leaf, so you can fold him back if you want to send the card in an envelope.
Hier kun je de zilveren draad met de uil beter zien.
Ook beide kale takken heb ik op de zwakste plekken even bewerkt met 3D Glossy Accent. Is niet echt noodzakelijk, maar dat ben ik weer...ben toch bezig....!
De tak is uit de collectie "Shabby Chic Summer 2008".
Here you can see the silver thread with the owl much better.
All the bare branches, I reinforced the weaknesses points with some 3D Glossy Accent at the backside. It's not really necessary, but......that's me!

Je kunt de kaart voorzichtig vouwen. Let wel even op de grote slak en de blaadjes!
Deze eerst even plat leggen.
You can fold the card gently. Be careful with the big snail and leaves!
Voor het plat leggen van het hekje moet er even één splitpennetje losgemaakt worden en even vastgezet in het hekje. Zo kun je hem gemakkelijk verzenden. De ontvanger kan het dan even opnieuw vastmaken......
To flatten the card you have to remove one splitpin, put it back in the fence, so the receiver can put it back where it belongs. You can send it now in an envelope.
Zo gemakkelijk gaat het dus met toch een mooi resultaat al zeg ik het zelf.
So easy it is with a nice result.
Ik hoop dat jullie het weer leuk vinden. Ik vond het in ieder geval erg leuk weer om te maken.
