Edwin en Tilda terug uit de Jungle met de boodschap……

Hello everybody,

Voor de challenge van Midweek Magnolia wordt een kaart gevraagd met twee karakters erop. Dus ik dacht dat deze kaart met Edwin en Tilda in de jungle daarvoor goed van toepassing zou zijn.

For the challenge of Midweek Magnolia's they asked a card with two characters.

So I thought this card with Edwin and Tilda in the jungle is very suitable.

Alles is ingekleurd met Copics en alle stempels zijn van Magnolia, behalve de tekst, deze is van Hero Arts.

All is coloured with Copics and all stamps are from Magnolia except the text is from Hero Arts.

Het papier is van basic Grey.

The paper is from Basic Grey.

De bladeren komen uit de "Pets & Animal Collection 2009".

The leaves are from the collection  "Pets & Animal Collection 2009".

De bloemen komen uit de collectie "Lilac Summer 2008".

The flowers are from the collection "Lilac Summer 2008". 

Het bankje is uit de collectie "Summer & Sea 2008".

The bench is from the collection "Summer & Sea 2008".

Tilda, Edwin, de grappige tijgerkat, colibri, gras, vlindergras, de beide soorten bladeren en de tropenzon komen ook allemaal uit de collectie "Pets & animals 2009".

Tilda, Edwin, the funny tigercat, colibri, grass, butterfly grass, both kinds of leaves and the sun all come from the collection "Pets & animals 2009".

Verder heb ik nog wat strass steentjes gebruikt en een Creatable van Marianne Design voor de grote geschulpte cirkel/passepartout.

Deze keer dus geen kantjes, lintjes, bloemen, knoopjes etc. alleen kleurwerk met Copics en daarbij nog Stickles voor mooie glittering hier en daar.

Ik hoop dat jullie het een leuk idee vinden.

I also used some rhinestones and I made the scalloped circle with a big Creatable from Marianne Design.

This time no lace, no ribbons, no flowers and buttons etc. Only colouring with Copics and Stickles for nice glittering.

Hello everybody,

Eindelijk is mijn Criss-Cross kaartje voor een speciale verjaardag dan af. Dat was even snel doorwerken, want ik wilde toch proberen het op tijd af te krijgen voor diverse challenges. Hier is hij dan.

Finally my Criss-Cross card for a very special birthday is finished now. I had much work to do and wanted to finish it in time for a few challenges. So here it is.

Ik heb ervoor gekozen de kaart niet dicht te plakken, maar er wat extra's aan toe te voegen. Het papier is van First Edition-Up &Away en vond ik te mooi om weg te plakken. Aan de binnenkant heb ik de tekst "Happy Birthday" gestempeld met een stempeltje van Magnolia uit de "Chasing Butterflies Collection 2009".

Daarbij heb ik ook nog wat lintjes en pareltjes geplakt in de felle kleurtjes waar kinderen zo gek op zijn.

Because of the beautiful paper of First Edition-Up & Away I did not past the card together. At the inside of the card I stamped the text "Happy Birthday" from Magnolia and the "Chasing Butterflies Collection 2009".

I also used bright coloured ribbons, because children are very fond of them.

I added pearls too.

Dit Tilda stempeltje komt uit de Magnolia collectie "Princes & Princesses 2012" en heb ik ingekleurd met Copics.

This Tilda stamp is also from Magnolia and from the collection "Princes & Princesses 2012". I coloured her with Copics.

Voor de ovalen heb ik Nestabilities gebruikt en de randjes gedistressed met distress inkt Vintage Photo van Ranger. De kleine overlapt de grote, zodat de kaart mooi gesloten kan worden. Even de zijkanten tegelijkertijd iets naar achteren drukken en de grote valt onder de kleine. Ik heb de kleine ovaal op dubbele foamblokjes geplakt, zodat hij wat hoger staat dan de grote ovaal. Dit geeft weer een mooi 3D effect.

For the ovals I used Nestabilities and distressed them with distress ink Vintage Photo from Ranger. The little one falls a little bit over the big one. I used double foamtape for more 3D effect.

When you pull both sides a little bit backwards in the same time, than you can close easely the card.

 

De label is gemaakt met een Doohicky stansje van Magnolia.

Hierop en op de binnenkant van de kaart heb ik rondjes met letters geplakt, die ik eerst met mini stempeltjes van PSX heb ingekleurd met een groene Copic. Daarna heb ik ze met een ponstang mooi op maat geponst. De sterretjes en bloempjes zijn restjes en komen uit de stansmalletjes.

The label is a Doohicky die from Magnolia.

On this label and at the inside of the card I pasted mini circles with letters, which I stamped with mini PSX letterstamps and a green Copic.

I punched the circles with a punchtool.

The stars and flowers are leftovers from the dies.

Voor de afwerking heb ik nog cremekleurige parels in verschillende maten geplakt.

To finish all I pasted pearls in several sizes.

Ik heb gekozen voor een jarig prinsesje, dat één jaar wordt.

Het cijfer "1" is ook uit de princessen collectie.

I have choosen for a one year old princess for this card.

The number "1" is from the same Magnolia collection.

En natuurlijk is ieder klein meisje een klein prinsesje voor haar familie.

And of course is every little girl a little princess for her family.

Ook de vlinder is gemaakt met een Doohicky stansje van Magnolia en heb ik in drie lagen verwerkt en er Stickles opgedaan.

Also the butterfly is made with a Doohicky die from Magnolia. I made three layers and put Stickles on it.

Hier is het mooie papier met glitter en de gestempelde tekst nog wat beter te zien.

Voor de naam van de kleine prinses heb ik "Angel" gekozen aangezien ik nog geen kleinkinderen heb, maar ze natuurlijk nog wel eens hoop te krijgen.

Here you can better see the nice paper with glitter and the text.

For the name of the girl I have choosen "Angel", because I don't yet have a grandchild, but I hope sometime I will.

Dit is de achterkant van de kaart waarbij je kunt zien dat ik het lint naar achteren door heb laten lopen. De driehoekjes zijn restjes uit de labelstans.

Aan de label heb ik nog een charm met de tekst "Made with Love" vastgemaakt.

This is the backside of the card. You can see that the ribbons are going inside too.

The little triangels are leftovers from the label die.

At the label I attached with ribbon a charm with the text "Made with Love".

Dit was het weer voor vandaag. Ik hoop dat ik jullie weer op wat ideetjes heb kunnen brengen en hoop je weer snel terug te zien.

Gisteren heb ik weer een kaartje gemaakt voor een paar challenges, die ik gecombineerd heb met elkaar. Ik heb lovelypop Tilda gebruikt uit de Magnolia collectie "Sweet Crazy Love 2011" en de tekst komt uit the collectie "Chasing Butterflies 2009".

Yesterday I have made a card for different challenges, which I combined with each other. I used lovelypop Tilda from the Magnolia collection "Sweet Crazy Love 2011" en the text is from the collection "Chasing Butterflies 2009".

  

Ik heb alles weer ingekleurd met Copics.

Alle randjes zijn weer gedistressed met distress inkt Vintage Photo van Ranger. 

All is coloured with Copics. All edges are distressed with distress ink Vintage Photo from Ranger.

Ik heb ook nog wat blauwe en groene chalk gebruikt voor de lucht en het gras.

De ovalen zijn Nestabilities.

I also used some blue and green chalks for the sky and grass.

The ovals are Nestabilities.

Hier zie je één van de vlindertjes, die ik gemaakt heb met Floral ponsjes van Nellie Snellen.

Here you see one of the several butterflies which I made with Floral punches from Nellie Snellen.

De blaadjes zijn gemaakt met een Martha Stewart ponsje en de swirls zijn Doohicky stansjes van Magnolia.

The leaves are made with a punch from Martha Stewart and the swirls are made with a Doohicky die from Magnolia.

Verder heb ik nog gebruikt: Stickles en 3D Glossy Accent van Ranger op de lolly, bloemen , katoenen kant van Marianne Design, een charm, strass steentjes en kraftpapier.

Het mooie scrappapier is van Boofle.

I also used: Stickles and 3D Glossy Accent from Ranger on the lolly, flowers, cotton lace from Marianne Design, a charm, rhinestones and craftpaper.

The beautiful scrappapers are from Boofle.

Jaaa....... nog een Paaskaartje.

 Deze keer weer een easelkaart.

Ik heb ook hiervoor weer de sketch gebruikt van de TOMIC challenge van deze week. Verder is het thema bij iedereen Pasen of Lente, dus dit kaartje kan er ook nog wel bij. Ik had zoveel plaatjes ingekleurd, dus toch deze ook maar even in een kaart verwerkt.

Yessss.............Again an Easter card today. I also used the sketch from the TOMIC challenge this week, but now it is an easelcard. Almost everyone wants to see an Easter or Spring card, so this card is another extra. I had so many Easter images coloured, so I had to make this one too.

 Ik heb dit plaatje ingekleurd met gewone droge aquarelpotloden en aquarelstiften van Tombow en alle randjes gedistressed met distress inkt Vintage Photo van Ranger. Ik heb ook weer een witte en goudglitter gelpen gebruikt. Helaas zie je de goudglitter niet zo goed

I coloured this card with dry aquarelpencils and aquarelpencils from Tombow and all edges are distressed with distress ink Vintage Photo from Ranger. I also used a white and gold-glitter gelpencil.

De stempel van Tilda en komt uit de Magnolia collectie "Easter 2009"". De tekst uit "Hoppy Easter 2010".

Tilda is from Magnolia's collection "Easter 2009"". De text is from "Hoppy Easter 2010".

De bloemen zijn van Prima en de blaadjes en vlindertjes zijn gemaakt met Floral ponsjes van Nellie Snellen.

De cirkel is gemaakt met een Nestability, waarvoor ik ook een embossingfolder van Cuttlebug gebruikt heb. Deze laatste ook voor een deel van het basispapier.

Verder heb ik nog diverse kleuren lint en oranje strass-steentjes gebruikt.

Het scrappapier is Van Marianne Design.

The flowers are from Prima and the leaves and butterflies are made with Floral punches from Nellie Snellen.

The circle is made with a Nestability and embossed with an embossingfolder from Cuttlebug, which I also used for the basic paper.

I also used some different coloured ribbons and orange rhinestones.

The scrapppaper is from Marianne Design.

Ik heb hiervoor o.a. de sketch en de kleurtjes gebruikt van de TOMIC challenge van deze week. Verder is het thema bij iedereen Pasen of Lente.

Again an Easter card today for different challenges. I used the sketch and colours from the TOMIC challenge this week. Almost everyone wants to see an Easter or Spring card.

Ik heb dit plaatje ingekleurd met aquarelpotloden en alle randjes gedistressed met distress inkt Vintage Photo van Ranger. Ik heb ook nog een witte en goudglitter gelpen gebruikt.

De blauwe cirkel met een Nestability.

Verder heb ik nog blauw met goud lint, aquablauwe strass steentjes en een papieren doily gebruikt.

Het scrappapier is Van Marianne Design.

The borders are made with an EK punch.

The blue circle with a Nestability.

I also used some ribbon blue-gold, aquablue rhinestones and a paper doily.

Deze keer geen Paaskaart maar een gezellige easelkaart met een rondtrekkende Edwin en zijn vrouw Tilda. Een lekker biertje op zijn tijd en gezellig met zijn tweetjes.

De tekst heb ik erbij gemaakt i.v.m. de challenge van Joanna Sheen en de rest is ook van toepassing op de andere challenges uiteraard.

This time I have no Eastercard but a cozy easelcard with a wandering Edwin with his wife Tilda. A refreshing beer on his time and cozy with his partner.

The text I made myself because of the challenge from Joanna Sheen. The rest is of course also fitting the other challenges.



Zoals jullie zien heb ik weer allemaal Magnolia stempels gebruikt en voor de achtergrond Basic Grey papier-Indian Summer en is alles weer ingekleurd met Copics.

De randjes zijn gedistressed met distress inkt Vintage Photo van Ranger.

Ik heb ook nog wat blauwe chalk gbruikt voor de lucht.

As you see I used all Magnolia Stamps and coloured all with Copics. For the background I used papers from Basic Grey.

The edges are gedistressed with distress ink Vintage Photo from Ranger.

I also used some blue chalk for the sky.

De jeep en de zon komen uit de collectie "Pets and Animals 2009".

The jeep and the sun are from the collection "Pets and Animals 2009".

De tekst heb ik zelf gemaakt.

Hier zie je goed dat ik ook nog Stickles en wat strass steentjes heb gebruikt.

Verder heb ik nog een Martha Stewart en een Floral ponsje van Nellie Snellen voor de blaadjes gebruikt. De bloemen zijn van Prima.

De vlinderpons is ook van Martha Stewart.

De Love Post stempel komt uit de "Valentijn 2009" collectie.

Here you see that I also used some Stickles and rhinestones.

We gaan denk ik gewoon door tot de Pasen voorbij is met gezellige Paaskaarten maken.

Ook deze heeft weer mooie Paaskleurtjes.

We are going on with making Easter cards I think untill Eastertime is over.

Also this one has nice Easter colours.

Voor deze kaart heb ik papier van DCWV-Nursery-Baby Boy gebruikt en de sketch van de Midweek Magnolia's challenge van deze week.

For this card I used DCWV-Nursery-Baby Boy papers and the sketch is from the Midweek Magnolia's challenge from this week.

Alles is gekleurd met Copics volgens de kleuren van de challenge bij TOMIC deze week.

Alle randjes zijn weer gedistressed met distress inkt Vintage Photo van Ranger. 

All is coloured with Copics and with colours asked in the TOMIC challenge this week.

All edges are distressed with distress ink Vintage Photo from ranger.

Dit is de achtergrond, die achter Tilda te zien is. Hier zie je het grote konijn dat wegglipt achter de boom. De stempel is van Magnolia uit de collectie "Hoppy Easter 2010".

This is the background you see behind Tilda. Now you can better see the big rabbit is sneeking away behind the tree. The stamp is also from Magnolia and from the collection "Hoppy Easter 20102".

Deze stempel komt ook van Magnolia en wel uit de collectie "Easter 2009" en heb ik gestanst met een Nestability scallop mini cirkel.

This stamp also is from Magnolia and from the collection "Easter 2009". I also used a Nestability mini scallop die.

"Tilda komt uit de collectie "Butterfly Dreams 2011".

Voor de ovaal heb ik een Mulriframe van Nellie Snellen gebruikt.

Tilda is from the collection "Butterfly Dreams 2011".

The oval for the background I made with a Multiframe die from Nellie Snellen.

Voor de challenge deze week bij Deep Ocean moet je de maskeertechniek toepassen of in ieder geval meer dan één stempel gebruiken.

Zoals je ziet heb ik ook weer wat Stickles aangebracht en wit lint en strass steentjes gebruikt. 

Ook doe ik mee aan de Easter challenge bij Paper Play en Just Magnolia Spring challenge.

For the challenge this week from  Deep Ocean you have to use the maskingtechnic and/or use more than one stamp.

As you see I used some Stickles, white ribbon and rhinestones.

I also join the Easter challenge of Paper Play and the Just Magnolia Spring challenge.
